All Carolinas Meal – Sept. 8

Visit Clark or Fountain Dining Halls Thursday, September 8, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. to enjoy a variety of food from the Carolinas.  Among other items, the menu includes:

  • Fried Fresh NC Catfish
  • Carved Turkey Breast
  • Sweet Potato Pilaf (VN)
  • Fresh Vegetable Cous Cous (V)
  • Collard Greens and Ham Hocks
  • Locally Grown Tomato Basil Soup
  • Howling Cow Peach Soft Serve
