Make-A-Thon 2025: Student Pitch Day and Awards

Impactful ideation. Rapid prototyping. Real-world teamwork. That’s the NC State Make-A-Thon experience. Be part of the excitement on Sunday, Jan. 26, from 1–3:30 p.m. at the finale of Make-A-Thon 2024.
Make-A-Thon is NC State’s sustainability innovation competition. Collaborating in cross-disciplinary teams, students work to create the best solution to a sustainability challenge. Over four days, student teams research, design and prototype solutions to sustainability challenges. Join us to see their final presentations and find out which teams will win $9,000 in prizes.
This year’s competition will be capped at the first 50 teams. NC State students looking to compete can register at go.ncsu.edu/MakeAThon.
