Lake Raleigh Woods Clean Up

Help be a part of preserving one of NC State’s most cherished and hallowed outdoor spaces by joining Dr. Tommy Holden, Teaching Professor of Outdoor Leadership in the Department of Health and Exercise Studies and the current acting trail manager of Lake Raleigh Woods for a Volunteer workday at Lake Raleigh Woods! You get the opportunity to learn more about the space, be of service to your campus community, and meet like-minded students! Come out, make a difference, and enjoy a rewarding morning of service!
Typical Schedule: We will meet at the Centennial Middle School Trail Kiosk. You may park in the middle school parking lot closest to the trails and do not need a parking permit.
9:30 am – 10:00am – Check-in (sign release waiver, introductions, and refreshments)
10:00 am – 11:00 am – Work on trails
11:00 am – 11:30 am – Wrap-up/debrief
