Exciting News: GoPass Available to the NC State Community Starting July 1st!

Beginning July 1, GoTriangle will resume charging fares for its buses. NC State faculty, staff, and students can request a free GoPass to ride the GoTriangle buses.

GoPass for July

To request a GoPass for the month of July, follow the steps below.

Download the Umo Mobility app, which is available on Android and iOS.
If you do not have a smartphone, call 919-485-RIDE (7433) to request a physical card.
Create an account using your NC State email address.
Check your email and click the email verification link.
Select “Redeem Benefit Code” in the app’s main menu.
Enter the code: GOT-Q7H3-W7BK.

GoRaleigh

GoRaleigh will remain fare-free until August 1. We will share information about requesting a GoPass to use the GoRaleigh buses when it becomes available.

Annual Renewal

The GoPass is valid from July 1 to June 30 and must be renewed annually. Users must request a new code to receive another free GoPass.
