A library of health and wellness resources is on the BetterYou website. Get ready to embark on a journey to a healthier, happier you with BetterYou. The app is free for permanent full-time NC State employees in the U.S. and internationally, except for Singapore, China, India, Russia and Japan. 

What You Need to Know

The university does not collect personal information from usage of the app. BetterYou will provide anonymized quantitative data to the university about the number and type of activities that NC State University users complete. This information will help HR Wellness make decisions about future wellness programming. The BetterYou app does not collect electronic protected health information that is produced, saved, transferred or received in an electronic form. None of the information the BetterYou app collects is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, or HIPPA. Visit the BetterYou website to read its privacy policy. How To Access the BetterYou App
