Bio: Hello, everyone! My name is LP Mancini and I am a sophomore majoring in Fisheries, Wildlife & Conservation Biology. I am extremely passionate about land and wildlife conservation! I aspire to conserve the Earth’s natural resources through sustainable living and environmental justice. To me, sustainability entails building a world which supports the wellness of all of its current and future inhabitants. Fostering an appreciation for the outdoors and inclusive conservation communities is vital to the success of sustainable initiatives. In my free time, I love to cook, go kayaking, and explore new places.
What does sustainability mean to you?
To me, practicing sustainability means to live continuously without depleting or damaging resources. This requires an understanding of how your actions influence the world around you. It requires innovation, ingenuity, empathy, and accountability for both yourself and others.
