Jessica Bast recently joined the NC State University Sustainability Office as a program coordinator. Her responsibilities include coordinating sustainability programs and projects, such as initiatives related to climate, reporting and sustainability experiential learning opportunities on campus. She also works to develop initiatives that enhance understanding of sustainability and its impacts.
A graduate of University of Pennsylvania and Elon University, Jess joins NC State after working in sustainability at Johns Hopkins University, where she managed numerous outreach efforts, student programs, communications and sustainability events.
