Equity in Raleigh

Residents of southeast Raleigh, a predominantly African-American and underserved community, regularly face issues such as nuisance flooding in their basements and backyards due to construction around the Triangle. Watch the video to learn more about this partnership.

Dr. Louie Rivers is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Forestry and Environmental Resources in the College of Natural Resources.
