University Dining highlights food from across the North and South Carolina once a year with the All Carolinas Meal.
Visit Clark or Fountain Dining Halls Thursday, September 8, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. to enjoy a variety of food from the Carolinas. Among other items, the menu includes:
- Fried Fresh NC Catfish
- Carved Turkey Breast
- Sweet Potato Pilaf (VN)
- Fresh Vegetable Cous Cous (V)
- Collard Greens and Ham Hocks
- Locally Grown Tomato Basil Soup
- Howling Cow Peach Soft Serve
