How we choose to live matters
The little things we do everyday impact our lives, our community and our world. Change Your State shows you how simple, everyday actions make a big difference. By being smarter about how we travel, eat, use resources and spend our time, you can create a better you, NC State and world – one that’s healthier, prosperous and sustainable for generations to come.
It may not seem like it, but the world’s population is exploding. Big time. As in more people on Earth than ever before. But the resources we have to live on haven’t grown any. In fact, they’re diminishing. Herein lies society’s grandest challenge: do more with less.
As with any generation, yours will be known by the problems you create or the problems you solve. As part of a Wolfpack of forward-thinkers, you have extraordinary opportunity to make an extraordinary difference in the world. Start small with the simple, everyday stuff: travel smarter, eat green, save energy, waste less, work on wellness, wise up about water, protect the planet and build community. These actions will help Change Your State for a better you, NC State and world.
