NC State is constantly identifying and implementing energy conservation measures in order to be better stewards of our resources. Performance contracting and grants are two methods being utilized to tackle nearly $600 million dollars of repairs and renovations in backlog, but conservation and innovation must also be a part of the solution in tight budget times.
